The FSE conducts regular tours with interested and affected parties, of the West Rand gold fields and Sibanye Gold’s operations. 

The tours are sponsored by Sibanye Gold.

The schedule for the tours during February and March 2017 is - 

23 February: Dr Justine Wintjies and students of the Wits History of Art - Wits School of Arts

24 February:Dr Christopher Curtis and students of the School of Geography, Archaeology and Environmental Studies, Wits University

1 March: Prof Jurgen Runge – Goethe University, Germany (Geography) and students

15 March: Oprah Winfrey Science Students (Grade 12)
